  1. OVERVIEW

Tokenization Engine

Trevo’s Tokenization Engine offers a streamlined, user-friendly, no-code interface for issuing, managing, and distributing tokens representing Real-World Assets (RWAs). This intuitive web application empowers asset issuers by eliminating technical complexities, enabling rapid tokenization and effective asset lifecycle management.

Token Configuration

Entities can seamlessly issue tokens on the Trevo blockchain with comprehensive yet straightforward configuration options, including:

  • Issuance Parameters: Define token characteristics such as total supply, distribution rules, and compliance requirements.

  • Management and Administration: Assign management addresses for administrative actions and ongoing governance.

  • Compliance Integration: Link tokens to integrated compliance mechanisms, automatically enforcing KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines.

Upon completion, tokens are immediately ready for distribution to investors and holders.

Comprehensive Asset Event Management

Financial assets experience diverse lifecycle events requiring precise management and operational execution:

Corporate Actions & Governance

  • Capital structure modifications (e.g., stock splits, buybacks)

  • Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)

  • Shareholder or tokenholder voting events

Income & Distribution Events

  • Coupon payments (bonds)

  • Dividends (equities)

  • Rental income distributions (real estate)

  • Principal repayments and other regular distributions

Asset Lifecycle & Restructuring

  • Bond maturity, early calls, or conversions

  • Debt restructuring processes

  • Changes in asset volume or underlying asset composition

  • Derivative contract expirations and margin calls

Liquidation & Exceptional Events

  • Bankruptcy or issuer default

  • Insurance claims for asset damages

  • Force majeure circumstances

  • Complete asset sales and proceed distributions

Regulatory & Administrative Adjustments

  • Adaptation to new regulatory frameworks

  • Asset manager replacements

Trevo ensures full compatibility with recognized financial industry standards (ISO 20022, ISO 15022) and seamlessly integrates with institutional infrastructures. Organizations can utilize existing protocols or rely on Trevo’s flexible manual or semi-automated processes to accommodate various operational environments.

Core Asset Management Tools

Trevo provides essential infrastructure supporting end-to-end asset management, including:

  • Asset Event Notification Hub: Centralized communication channel for timely updates on asset events, corporate actions, and regulatory changes.

  • Transparent Payment Distribution: Automated, secure processes for distributing income such as coupons, dividends, or rental payments.

  • Governance & Tokenholder Interaction: Robust framework enabling tokenholder participation in governance processes like voting and shareholder meetings, ensuring parity with traditional asset registries.

Trevo supports both direct token ownership models and scenarios involving nominal holders, such as centralized exchanges holding tokens on users’ behalf.

Asset Data Room

Providing comprehensive, timely, and verified asset-related information is critical in asset tokenization. Trevo addresses this requirement through a structured Data Room, offering:

  • Regulatory Disclosures: Access to legally mandated documents, such as asset prospectuses.

  • Enhanced Transparency: Voluntary issuer disclosures, fostering greater investor confidence.

  • Continuous Reporting: Consistent updates including financial statements, audit results, and operational insights post-issuance.

All published information includes critical metadata, secure file links, and cryptographic hashes recorded immutably on-chain for integrity verification.

Issuer can manage the permissions to access the information:

  • Public Information: Freely accessible initial issuance details and other disclosures beneficial to market transparency.

  • Restricted Tokenholder Information: Exclusive access to sensitive data authenticated via blockchain-based token ownership verification.

By consolidating verified and up-to-date asset information into a secure, structured environment, Trevo enhances investor trust, enabling informed investment decisions and facilitating compliance and regulatory oversight.
