  1. OVERVIEW

Trevo Usage Modes

Trevo is designed to be flexible, accommodating diverse use cases and requirements through two primary operational modes.

Tokenization Platform (Direct Use)

Trevo provides a comprehensive, no-code solution that allows direct and rapid tokenization of Real-World Assets (RWAs) such as real estate, company shares, or bonds. Utilizing Trevo applications, asset tokenization becomes straightforward and accessible without specialized blockchain knowledge. Token holders seamlessly manage and transfer their tokens using the intuitive Trevo Wallet.

Use Case Examples:

  • A company seeking to issue tokens representing its shares or bonds.

  • A bank aiming to execute a pilot project for asset tokenization.

  • Organizations conducting initial tokenization pilots before deploying complex and larger-scale asset tokenization platforms.

Platform-as-a-Service

Trevo acts as a foundational blockchain settlement and compliance layer, enabling enterprises to build specialized tokenization platforms tailored to specific asset classes or regional markets.

For example, a company can develop a dedicated real estate tokenization platform for a specific country. This setup typically involves:

  • Web2 Application: A user-facing website or mobile application with a dedicated backend app handling:

    • Applications for real estate tokenization.

    • Applications for purchasing shares in tokenized properties (tokens).

    • Financial transaction processing.

    • Managing tokenized real estate.

  • Trevo Blockchain Integration: Leveraging Trevo's established blockchain and compliance provider ecosystem to handle settlement and regulatory compliance efficiently and reliably. Integration via REST API.

  • Utilization of Trevo Applications: Employing Token Studio and Token Passport as internal tools to efficiently manage token-related operations, with potential for further automation via Trevo DataGate and Trevo ActionGate.

Trevo actively collaborates with such customized projects, offering:

  • White-label wallet: Brandable mobile wallet solutions.

  • Integrated Mobile App Features: Embedding wallet capabilities directly into custom applications.

  • Custom Sidechains: Tailored blockchain solutions with unique logic and functionality suited specifically to project needs.

Benefits of Using Trevo

In both operational modes, Trevo significantly reduces complexity by eliminating the need for in-depth blockchain development and intricate compliance management. This enables your organization to focus exclusively on your core activities and value creation, such as:

  • Efficient and compliant RWA tokenization.

  • Rapid deployment and scaling of customized tokenization platforms.

With Trevo, organizations gain a powerful partner dedicated to simplifying asset tokenization, enhancing innovation, and accelerating time-to-market.
